At Drinkmate, we want you to be fully satisfied with your home carbonation experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the product in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories, cylinders, and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
